1. Single-Source MLS Standards
ProthomBari operates on a strict Single-Source MLS standard. Only recognized real estate developers and authorized corporate agencies in Bangladesh may syndicate projects. Speculative broker posts, fake unit numbers, and conflicting pricing are strictly barred from the exchange.
2. Legal Verification Transparency
Properties featured with the “RAJUK Checked” or “Verified MLS” badges have verified title chains, mutation records, and RAJUK/CDA height and layout approvals. However, prospective buyers are invited to review physical original documents at our Central Deal Desk or developer corporate offices before earnest deposits.
3. Non-Resident Bangladeshi (NRB) Protections
For expatriate buyers remitting funds from abroad, ProthomBari facilitates official banking remittance channels and verified developer escrow accounts in compliance with Bangladesh Bank foreign exchange guidelines.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
