• Developer Documentation: Approved RAJUK/CDA building plans, mutation certificates, title chain documents, and signed single-source syndication agreements.
• Buyer Pre-Screening: Budget range, timeline, bank loan readiness, and preferred Dhaka/Chattogram prime zones.

3. Single-Source MLS Rule & Non-Disclosure
